For preparing the lamb kabobs, you will require 6 pounds lean lamb ( cut into 1 inch cubes). For making the marinades, you will require 1 cup olive oil, 1 cup red wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp oregano as well as 1 tsp salt.

Combine all the ingredients of the marinade except the salt in a large bowl. Add the lamb cubes, coating them well with the marinade. Mix all the things well and keep aside for 2 hours. Stir in the salt. Thread the lamb cubes with the marinades onto the skewers. Place the skewers on the grill over medium-hot heat. Cook for around 10 minutes and turn the side. For preparing the cheesy meatballs, you will require 500g minced meat, 1 onion, 50 g bread crumbs, 150 g grated parmesan cheese, 3 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp fresh parsley, 4 basil leaves, 3/4 tsp worcestershire sauce, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt plus olive oil for cooking.

Mix the beef, onion, breadcrumbs, cheese, ketchup, parsley, basil, salt, worcestershire sauce and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Make small balls with the prepared mixture. Take 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and heat it. Add the meatballs and cook until lightly browned. After they are fried, you can drain on the paper towels. Enjoy your tasty meatballs.
